Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
- Contact Us – Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization – We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization.
- Ship Your Return – You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- Inspection & Refund – Once received, we’ll inspect the item and issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or offer a refund.
